It's 2:08AM. I just returned from the Coldplay concert in Hartford, CT. It is the first 2005 American concert, and I AM SO IMPRESSED. I had lawn seating, which was great because the light effects were amazing, and I got the whole view. If I was close, though, I could actually see them on stage and see their faces filled with passion for music. These guys sound like their CD, but BETTER, which amazes me. Tickets are definitely worth every penny and then some.

I just saw Coldplay in Pittsburgh. Wow..it was amazing (for lack of a better word). I can't really describe it. I've been to my fair share of shows, and Coldplay put on the best perfromance I've seen.

I seen Coldplay last night at the Verizon Ampitheater in Irvine, California.  I would have to say that the performance was very entertaining.  They sounded better than there Cd's.  It was absolutely amazing.

I just saw Coldplay at the Clark County Amphitheater in Washington! It was the most amazing concert I have ever been too! I have been to a lot of concerts and Coldplay was by far the best concert! They sound way better live than on their CD, which is quite amusing! They were fantastic!

I have been a Coldplay fan since their Parachutes album came out.  I love the song "Trouble".  This is a lovely song.  Next, my husband bought me A Rush of Blood to the Head on vinyl (love my turntable).   When I couldnt score tickets to Coldplay's Boston show in the spring, I knew I had to wait until they came back in August.   The show was at the Tweeter Center in Mansfield, MA on August 6, 2005.  Great outdoor venue.  The first song was Square One, off the X&Y album (we can STILL say albums, right?).  One word for this opening number:  PERFECTION.  The backdrop was pretty good too.  Every song they sang was in perfect order.  I've always been a big fan of the song Don't Panic, and they even did this. It doesnt hurt that one member of the band is cuter than the next (hello Guy Berryman!!).  I hate when a band goes mainstream because it means I usually have to stop liking them, but I will gladly make an exception to this rule.   The thing I liked most about the show at Tweeter was how professional this band is.  They arent drunk idiots yelling at the crowd, and throwing stuff across the stage.  They are perfect gentlemen, all dressed nicely, and prepared to wow the audience.  Good for them!

I just saw the show in San Diego. They are wonderful in concert! But, the band requested that the large screens not be used, so if you were on the lawn you had no hope of seeing anything on the stage. I payed money to SEE the show, not just hear it.

I went to their concert last night in Detroit. It was awesome. the band interacted with the crowd and got everyone into it. My best freiend who doesn't really even like Coldplay was into and had tons of fun. I would definately recomend going to one of their concerts if you have the opportunity!

Coldplay was on top form last night at the PNC Center in New Jersey. They played every song with passion, and the camera work and lighting really added to the experience (this was not just Chris Martin sitting at the piano, as I half expected). It was definitely one of the best concerts I've seen in a long time, possibly ever. Yes they were that good.

Just got home from tonite's concert at the Garden (9/7) and all I can say is that the show was fantastic.I took my two daughters, ages 19 and 24- and we all loved every minute. Our only wish was that we couldn't hear Chris' piano over the heavy bass in some songs. The concert took 20 years off my face, better than any facelift! The only other wish I had was that they should have played "Moses", a terrific rip roaring love song that stands up to "Layla". Let all those critics past their prime stay in their rockers and listen to Muzak. Coldplay is a band for the contemporary rock lover. I look forward to their next CD and will hold off on the botox til then- I won't need it if it matches the songs from X & Y!

I just saw Coldplay at Madison Square Garden on Sept. 7th and I'll tell you what....they were the most awesome show in the world!! Chris Martin is Terriffic! I called my boyfriend on my cell phone and let him hear some of the show and he even said they sounded fabulous over the cell phone!! I can't wait to see them again. The tickets were worth every cent!! Coldplay indeed ROCKS!

Coldplay is one of the most amazing performances I have ever seen!!!! I went to their concert a week ago in West Palm Beach, FL and I am still in awe! Not only do they sound just as good as the Cd (if not better) but Chris had a bad throat and you really couldn't tell. I am so grateful they didn't cancel the show and I would like to let everyone know what an awesome and down to earth band they really are. They are nothing like the trendy " I am better than you" bands that are out now, they are humble and they really seem to love playing for their audience. In my opinion, anyone who doesn't agree should get off their high horse and instead of using money on another concert, should take that money and buy some taste in music!!

My husband and I have all 3 Coldplay albums plus the 2003 Live cd and love each and every one of them. As you can imagine it was to our amazement when we attended the final US concert held in Bristow Va (Sept. 30th) and it was SOOO AMAZING somehow we fell even more in love with the music and totally found a new respect for ALL of the band members. Every instrument was perfectly mic'd and it was beautiful! We live in VA and have seriously been considering flying to Australia next year just to get a chance to see them again live ASAP. Basically, seeing them live almost ruined the experience of "just" listening to the cd. Now that is a GREAT concert!

I saw Coldplay at the Tweeter Center in Camden and it was so amazing. He played every single song until he couldnt anymore... they were awesome. One of the songs he messed up and he stopped the song and apoligized to the crowd and started it over, it was so funny... everyone went wild. Best night of my life

In concert they are great, no, it's not like the CD, but that's a good thing, they bring the crowd into it, and give feeling to the music they play, they aren't just there to put on a show and get out, they are interested in giving the audience a show they won't forget

I attended a September 29, 2005, concert and was simply blown away by the entire show.  Chris Martin was so willing to interact with the audience, running through the arena and standing on the few empty seats.  The band took only one incredibly short break, yet managed to sound so good and energized the entire evening.  No one in the audience seemed to remain untouched when the band performed classic Johnny Cash.  This show was definitely worth the money and crowd, and I will happily attend any future Coldplay concerts I can.

I was lucky enough to get to see Coldplay 2 times in Dallas. First time in September . I have been a Coldplay fan from the beginning, nothing compared to the moment they came on stage. I felt like I could let go, because when you are there with them, it is about the music. The 2nd time was only better. They are an amazing group. I have never seen a concert sold out like these two. This band is straight to the top. They are incredible. If you have the chance to see them, dont think twice about it. It will be something that you never forget. They are amazing!!!!- Julena Hart, TX.

They came onto the stage and the crowd went wild. the lights came up, blinking and flashing in all different colors. The sound of the crowd was deafening. The drumming and the guitars started to play. what a wonderful night. I got my money's worth halfway through the first song. It was amazing. Then to top it all off, Chris Martin came running through the crowd and climbed up onto a pole and sang to the people in the lawn. Everyone started to scream and went wild. By the end of the concert, everyone had the feeling as if they were in heaven. Coldplay sounded even better than they do on their cds and I will do anything just to go to another Coldplay concert.
